★For all the finished bubble bottles, the heat shrink films on the bottle bodies need to be inspected thoroughly on a case-by-case basis, and the qualified and unqualified products should be strictly distinguished:

✔1. Handling requirements for unqualified bottles
Workers should immediately sort out and remove the defective bottles. The outer heat shrink film should be completely cut off, and the bottles should be emptied and then recycled for re-use in the production process, thereby reducing raw material waste.

✔2. Flow process for qualified bottles
Qualified empty bottles with no defects such as damage, wrinkling, skewing, or package leakage should be directly transferred to the filling station. They should be filled with bubble water, capped, and packaged for storage and shipment.

✔3. Work requirements
All staff should implement the full inspection standards. No mixing of materials, no omission of defective products. Defective bottles should be sorted separately, and the bottle bodies should be recycled and reused to ensure the appearance quality of the finished products and save production costs.
